be seen from a greater distance.
The Model FZ-12 has a removable thermostat, like the FZ-5,
located in the battery compartment. Upon setting the thermostat
at the desired activation temperature, it can be left in
the battery compartment or removed and placed up to three
(3) feet from the signal head via a wire cable, to monitor
the room temperature.
The Model FZ-12 is visible from only one side and is powered
by a 6V lantern battery and consists of a flashing signal
that can be seen from a much greater distance (up to 1/2
mile).
